MERCEDES | RENOVATION + FURNISHINGS
Dallas, Texas
When our clients relocated to Dallas, they landed in a charming home in the M Streets with plenty of potential, but not much personality. We refreshed the main living spaces with new furnishings, layered textures, custom details, and a modern-western design direction that instantly made the house feel like home.
Our approach leaned into a “modern cowboy” aesthetic, warm, relaxed, and a little bit playful, but without veering into theme territory. Throughout the home we layered natural textures, classic furnishings, and meaningful pieces that tell the family’s story. A vintage rug from her parents anchors the living room, a curated collection of Western artwork adds character throughout the house, and a wall of cowboy hats became an unexpected design moment.
While much of the home’s layout stayed intact, nearly every surface and furnishing was thoughtfully refreshed. The result is a home that feels collected, comfortable, and full of personality—modern Texas charm without a hint of “Hee Haw on Pinterest.”
