From logistics of installing from afar to blending bullet proof pieces with less expensive items that you won't be heartbroken to replace, there are thousands of decisions big and small that need to be made. That's where we come in.

We love to help our clients refresh their outdoor spaces with new paint, materials, furnishings, lighting, hardscaping, outdoor kitchens, layout changes, and so much more.
Got a bigger project on your mind? No sweat. We bring together our Dream Team that includes structural engineering, architecture, and landscape design to make it happen.
E-DESIGN
Don’t live in the Dallas area? No problem. We start with a video chat, you send us dimensions and photos, and we do the rest. From individual rooms to ground up houses, we've can do it all remotely.
You will receive design boards, 3D layouts, and the choice of either a shopping list to implement on your own, or the ability to have us purchase everything for you to receive the benefit of our extensive Design Trade discounts.

Fun fact - our designers got our start designing large corporate office spaces for heavy hitters like Southwest Airlines, McKinsey & Co., and BlueCross+BlueShield.
While we don't take on those 1M square foot projects these days, we love working with small and medium sized business to transform their office spaces, multi-family housing properties, restaurants, and retail stores.
