Based on personality, design style, geography, budget, and more, we will bring our favorite contractor(s) to the table for you to meet with. If they feel like a fit, they will be there at the beginning of the project to help with budgeting, through design, and into construction.

TLD will handle every detail from layouts and floor plan changes to selecting each fixture, finish, and material to bring the design to life. All designed in 3D to help you visualize your new space.
DOCUMENT
We document everything into blueprints we can build from. We capture every detail to help mitigate surprises during construction, giving you a comprehensive picture of cost and schedule up front to help your project run smoothly.
BUILD
Our goal is to get you to your finished space in the most timely and stress-free way possible. TLD and your Contractor Partners are alongside you every step of the way with ongoing communication, project management, and skilled craftsmanship to execute the vision.
