What started as a cramped 1970s ranch has become a colorful, hospitality-forward haven for a family that truly lives and hosts well. With three growing kids and a steady stream of friends and guests, our clients loved their neighborhood, so instead of leaving, we reimagined their home.

We reworked the layout of the downstairs, added a second story, set the design direction, and worked hand in hand with the Architect and Contractor to ensure the final product reflected both the family's goals and the creative vision.

The new space is a far cry from where we began, with a large kitchen, living, and dining area, a functional new mudroom and home office, and an upstairs retreat that flexes as a guest suite, reading nook, and teen hangout.
