This 1990s home had great bones—but like many builder-grade homes from that era, it needed an update to match the personality and lifestyle of the family living there. Our clients had already started making a few changes but needed help bringing it all together with a cohesive vision, refined upgrades, and just the right amount of drama.

We thoughtfully layered in upgrades throughout the downstairs, maximizing the impact of the investment to make each space feel cohesive and elevated. We reworked cabinetry for better function, fully remodeled the Master Bath, added statement lighting, and added thoughtful custom  details throughout. Layering in bold textures, meaningful heirlooms, and new furnishings gave each room warmth and personality—without sacrificing practicality.
