This home had served our clients well, but after years of use (and some seriously worn-out upstairs carpets), it was time for a refresh. With one daughter off to college and another about to graduate, the timing was perfect for a renovation that would breathe new life into their well-loved spaces.

The project focused on updating four bathrooms and three bedrooms, each reflecting a sophisticated coastal-inspired color palette. From transforming outdated seashell sinks and ceramic tiles to integrating modern, functional storage solutions, every detail was designed with beauty and practicality in mind.

We maintained the original layouts but brought in luxurious finishes like marble and lucite, soft blue accents, and natural materials to elevate each space. The result feels both classic and on-trend, with spaces that are as inviting as they are timeless.
