We’re always honored when clients invite us back, and this Phase 2 renovation was extra special. After refreshing the kids’ bathrooms in Phase 1, our clients brought us in to rework the heart of their home. And let’s just say…it needed some love.
 

Think: a dark, chopped-up kitchen with the world’s weirdest shape, a dining room you walked through to get anywhere else, and no powder bath anywhere near the pool. We basically took a pen to paper and started over. And our clients? They were all in.
 

From shifting rooms entirely to carving out new ones (hello, cozy den and walk-in pantry), we were able to give them the space they’d been dreaming about for years. One that feels functional for day-to-day life, but also full of charm, personality, and calm. Warm woods, soft blues, and layered textures keep things easy on the eyes. That Dallas Toile wallpaper in the laundry? A little wink to their engagement at Reunion Tower.
