PRAIRIE CREEK | RENOVATION
Richardson, Texas
Untouched by time, this 1970's house was sporting all of its original charm - Formica countertops, dropped tile ceilings, cultured marble soaking tubs, the works. Rather than chipping away piece-by-piece, our clients had been waiting YEARS to tackle this project and do it right.
The goal was to bring in color in a natural way, and to modernize and lighten up the space without overboard on white or losing the home's charm. We kept plenty of warmth with natural wood on cabinets, floors, and even the ceiling.
A bonus - no walls were moved in this entire renovation. We maximized the existing spaces and packed in major function without removing a single wall. Click below to get our tips on how we did just that!
