This home had all the square footage and golf course views a family could ask for—but like so many new builds, it was lacking warmth, intention, and personality. With two small kids, a love of hosting, and best friends living just down the street, our clients needed their home to be beautiful and functional, personal and practical.

They brought us in to help just as their original plan for working with the builder’s designer fell through. And while that timing created a few tight deadlines, it also turned out to be the beginning of the best kind of design relationship—built on trust, collaboration, and a shared desire to create a space that feels like home.

We layered in texture, added architectural interest (like wall paneling in the stairwell and media room), refined the finishes, and furnished every space with purpose. From the showstopper fluted marble sink in the powder bath to the tailored window treatments and cozy kid-friendly upholstery, every detail is thoughtful, functional, and elevated.
