After a lightning strike destroyed the first home we designed for this longtime client, she set her sights on a 1928 Tudor Revival in Kessler Park—half the size, full of potential (slang for needs work), and ready for a new story.

We were brought in to lead a full-scale renovation, design a new addition, and furnish the entire home from top to bottom. Working in a fluid design-build process, we made big moves: reworking the floor plan, expanding the Master Suite, and restoring historic character lost to decades of renovations. All while layering in luxe materials, bold details, and a precious few meaningful pieces salvaged from the original home.

The result is a one-of-a-kind Tudor that blends soul and style—vintage charm, moody moments, custom stained glass, and bold personality in every corner. It’s everything our client hoped for—and a testament to the kind of magic that happens when trust, timing, and design align.
