A little slice of Paris in the heart of Texas. This before and after is a must-see (scroll all the way down!). This kitchen was stuck in the early 90s, maroon backsplash and all. The homeowners have been updating their home over the years and the final pieces were the kitchen and back patio. She works from home as a business coach and often entertains high-level corporate executives. Equally important is the time they spend cooking with their families. The kitchen needed to be sophisticated enough for the execs and comfortable enough for family or a date night in. The design was inspired by the couples' travels to Paris, complete with art brought home from their latest trip.
