Originally completed in 2004, this leasing office was feeling a bit...dated. The goal was to appeal to young professionals and be able to compete with several new construction apartments in the area.

 

We removed the Y2K elements and leaned into a more modern, eclectic, industrial feeling in keeping with the architecture of the complex.
